Food CAVA is a chain but they are consistent with their fresh, quality ingredients. The build your own bowl never disappoints in portions or taste. The chicken I had was grilled and the right temperature for my bowl. The saucesdips were flavorful. The greens were crisp and fresh. Service The staff were fast and efficient in assembling my bowl and asked for my desired ingredients. Ambiance CAVA is a fun addition to the other restaurants at The Point. They have indoor and outdoor dining areas. Great place to eat outside in the summer months. ”
“ Never been to CAVA before. It was my first time and let me tell you I think I found a new favorite!! . The food quality is really good. In my opinion the spicy lamb balls did could use a bit of more flavor but its not bad. They offer build your own bowl or pick something already from the menu. The sides and other proteins they had were really delicious. The Agua frescas or flavored drinks were really refreshing . The bowl seems like is not a lot, but believe me is bug enough to satisfy your hunger. Its just something you gotta try! I definitely recommend this place 100,. ”

Ive never waited longer than 15 minutes to get my food to be fair, I typically go before the lunch rush. When the lunch rush hits, you will definitely see the line coming out the door. But dont be discouragedstay the course. A healthy bowl of Mediterranean deliciousness awaits you. If youre counting calories or tracking your macros, Cava makes it easy. It details whats in every dish and side order on printed menus and visible signage. My goto order is the Chicken Right Rice bowl. It has a perfect blend of greens, protein, and other flavorful veggies to balance out the palate. However, I tried its new Steak Salad bowl the last time I was there. And it hit the spot. I grabbed the bowl, some pita chips, and a drink ...yall, they have the good ice. Then, I drove a few minutes down the road to the beach to enjoy my food, soak in some Cali Sun, and tune out to the ocean waves. It was so pleasant. Listen, long story short, if you want a quick, healthy food option, check out this Cava. Everyone working the line is greatthey are patient and willing to explain the difference in menu items. With LV or Erin at the register, youre bagged up and paid within the blink of an eye. The entire team works to get you in and out in a jiffy and make sure you get exactly what you want! And whatever you do, if you want to stick to your diet, DO NOT try the pita chips. They are the most addicting pita chips Ive ever had. Aww, man, especially if you get a fresh, warm batch. ”
